Poet Clare Crossman spent a day in October at the Meadow School Balsham working with children from Weston Colville and West Wratting.  Learning about what life was like in the 1950s in our villages, the children enjoyed talking to twins Maureen Garrod and Rosemary Westley, and hearing about their life growing up in the village.  Inspired by their conversation with them and by objects from the period they wrote poems and postcards.  Here is some of the wonderful work they did:
